God in darkness

Dark times are normal and hard. Grief, despair, hopelessness, self-condemnation, etc. When life is dark, it can be difficult to keep going, let alone to proceed.

I will not insult you by telling you to just get over it. I know coming out of darkness is not always that simple. Yet, I also know God is there even when you are unaware, waiting for you to turn your gaze to Him so He can help. God in darkness gives you song prayers to help you be present to God in the authenticity of your pain, frustration, despair and doubt, just as He is present to you. He will respond to your offering through interaction with you, which can help dissolve the darkness. The results likely will not be instant, but the results will come.
