Courage Companion Journal

Courage song prayers unite you with Jesus’s heart to uproot oppression and abuse, and help establish fairness, justice, dignity, respect and flourishing for all. Courage is my 21st album. Its song prayers were born out of my own journey, that to love yourself and others as God wants, you choose to follow Jesus and stand up against what is wrong no matter the cost. My doctoral research showed that listening to song prayers daily for at least 20 minutes per day over 28 days boosts resilience and well-being.
